3. Eligibility to Purchase

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may change without notice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received before dispatch. Incorrectly listed items due to error may be cancelled and refunded.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. Ensure your shipping details are correct as we are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements (Fudge Only)
We refund or replace fudge if it arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or not as described. We cannot refund or replace for change of mind or incorrect storage, including refrigeration. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
7. Product Descriptions & Allergens
Flavours, colours, and textures may vary due to small-batch production. All ingredient and allergen information is provided on packaging and product pages. Customers are responsible for checking allergen details before purchase.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, photos, images, text, graphics, and product descriptions are the property of Tamar Fudge. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.
